Annuity Tune-Up (annuitytuneup.com) is operated by Long Financial Services, LLC ("we," "us"), a licensed independent insurance agency (Agency NPN 21414114) located at 4760 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034.

Information we collect

When you use the tune-up check or our text sign-up, you may give us your name, email address, phone number (including a mobile number), state, and the general answers you choose to share about your annuity. We also collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through standard server logs and analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel).

To show your results and have a licensed representative follow up as you asked
To send information, reminders and follow-ups you agreed to receive
To improve this site and measure our advertising

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help run our business (CRM, email and texting services, scheduling). They must keep your information confidential and use it only to provide their service to us.
Insurance carriers, only when you ask us to run quotes or illustrations for you, and only with your knowledge.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from Annuity Tune-Up, by checking the texting box on one of our forms or by telling your representative, we will text you about your annuity review, appointments, questions you asked, information you requested, and occasional follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call 888-553-6428. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information collected for text messaging is used only to send you the messages you agreed to, and is shared only with the service providers that deliver those messages for us.

How long we keep it
